i took the girls to a birthday party at a petting zoo. payton was so comfortable around the animals. she really had fun even when the goat head butted her!!!!

evie's dedication

we dedicated evelyn to God at church on mother's day.
it is so important to me and jordan that we raise our girls in a community of believers
that help support us through life.

we chose Philippians 1:9-11 as her life verse
" And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, ¹⁰ so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, ¹¹ filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God."

the sweet bonnet evie is wearing was handmade by my MIL, melodie.
payton wore this same outfit when we dedicated her on mother's day three years ago.

while baby sis sleeps, big sis plays with her new dolly set.
she loves playing with them! nana and grandad bought her a set of magnetic dolls and nana painted and decorated this special box to keep them in. the box was jordan's grandad's and he would keep his oil paints in it. now payton will have it forever.
