believe it or not they recommend children go to the dentist 6 months after their first tooth.....
uhhhh, so we are about 2.5 years late on that.
she was awesome with the xray tech and hygienist.

she really loved watching tangled while we waited for the hygienist.
she learned all about the different tools and how to clean nemos teeth
she loved the treasure box and showed off her pearly whites in the car.
like is said, she did AWESOME for the 2 ladies, but then the dentist came in and she FREAKED out. she screamed when she saw him and she ended having to sit in my lap while he checked out her teeth.
and we finished off with eating lunch with daddy.

Never fear, she will get used to it I'm sure. Emma did not get anything done at the dentist other than teeth count and brushing (with a regular toothbrush) until she was 5. She screamed and clamped down on any fingers that got near. I can't tell you how many people we had come into our little chair area to find out what was going on with all that noise! Now, she loves the dentist!
I am pretty sure we have the same dentist! That's wild. I recognize that hygenist. Is is Little Explorers in RR?
